Coaching

Once it is established that the client wants help and can benefit from coaching we will focus on establishing goals that reflect the dreams and vision that they want to achieve. In order to execute this plan, we need to establish healthy routines that are necessary to increase commitment and follow-through.

To assist with keeping the client on track I will follow up, provide additional resources, skills and techniques when necessary to make the client accountable so they can be successful in reaching their individual goals.

The ultimate goal is to teach my clients’ habits that will motivate them to become self-observant, recognize negative thought patterns/behaviors, develop self-worth and confidence so they are able to take responsibility for their own lives and know how to work through those daily obstacles by using a variety of skills and techniques that builds personal growth and strengthen relationships.
